Thank you capaldlieu for these awesome gifs! (Hope you don’t mind me reposting them.) You make an old time Capaldi fan so happy with all the fun stuff you post about him and Doctor Who. <3

The 7th and 8th photos are my favorite. To me, his face in them IS the little kid Doctor Who fan. Very childlike smile and SO sweet!

Stephen Dillane as Thomas Jefferson is so hot. You have to give the man extra credit for managing to be that hot in those costumes and wigs.

I went there at a time when you could go. My parents wouldn’t have been able to afford to send me to university or art school. And I went at a time you got a grant to go there.

It may sound nightmarish to some people now, but the government paid for you to be educated, because they believed it was a civic responsibility. And I certainly would not be here, being Doctor Who, if they hadn’t done that.

So I find it alarming that we live in an age where it doesn’t work like that any more. That we don’t think as a society, it is worthwhile paying to help people be educated, and become the best they can be.

So wish they did more The Book Group eps. Such a great show. I must admit though. I can’t stand the saliva scene.
